By using Peggy Lou’s website, you are wilfully accepting the terms and conditions laid out below

Peggy Lou takes all reasonable care to ensure that product information displayed on her site is correct at the time of your ordering. All details, descriptions and prices appearing on the site are correct at the time they are entered on the system. Peggy Lou aims to keep the site updated at all times; however, information appearing at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place the order. Should this be the case, you will be notified by Peggy Lou.

Please note that Peggy Lou has the right to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time; any changes will be signposted with the nature date of the change. If you do not wish to accept the Terms and Conditions following an update, you should discontinue the use of the site. Continuation of orders and use of the site, after the date on which the changes come into effect, will be construed as your acceptance and your agreement to be bound by those Terms and Conditions.



Each piece of Peggy Lou’s  jewellery is guaranteed for 30 days from date of purchase, within the bounds of normal wear and tear.

Peggy Lou cannot exchange or refund customers  damaged goods (eg. worn in water, swimming pools, put through washing machines, dropped on hard floors, torn by children etc).

Your statutory rights are not affected.



By placing an order through Peggy Lou’s website,  you warrant that you are over eighteen years of age.

 By purchasing goods on Peggy Lou’s website, you agree to the delivery, shipping, and return policies.

Peggy Lou reserves the right to deny or cancel orders without prior warning.



Please note that the prices of items on Peggy Lou’s site are liable to change at any time. These changes will not affect orders that have been placed before this time.



 Peggy Lou aims to dispatch your order within 2 working days providing your order is in stock. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail



I gladly accept returns

Just contact me within 7 days of delivery and post items back to me within 14 days of delivery

I don’t accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order

Please note for hygiene reasons I cannot accept returns or refunds on any of Peggy Lou’s earrings. I do not offer refunds on custom or personalised items.


Conditions Of Returns

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and to be returned by a tracked shipping method making sure you get proof of postage otherwise I cannot be held responsible if the item goes missing on return. If the item is not returned in it’s original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
